M3M Group’s Incorporation of M3M Foundation
Basant Bansal laid the vision of M3M Foundation, the philanthropic arm of M3M India Group. M3M Foundation works in the areas of socio-economic empowerment, training, child development, education, health, women empowerment, vocational training for livelihood, and environment conservation to ensure holistic growth, aligning with various government initiatives.
One of the most revered and sought-after personalities in the real-estate world in India, Basant Bansal has been ranked in the top 10 of the Global Hurun Rich List 2022 as well as 2023.
As the founder chairman of the M3M India Group, Basant Bansal devotes his maximum time to aligning strategic business objectives and new acquisitions and monitoring ongoing projects. He is an entrepreneur who gains energy by interacting with youngsters to learn their ideas and innovative skills.
Besides this, his daily routine begins with meditation and fitness yoga. He believes both are important for mental and physical fitness. He does watch good movies that are particularly intense and leave a message for society. He believes that the best time in your life is with your family and nothing more relaxing than spending time together.
Contribution to the Society
Collaborated with the Haryana Government during COVID-19 and developed a 100-bed hospital that provided free medical facilities to COVID-infected patients.
Supported families of earthquake victims and extended support.
Collaborated with Ekal Vidyalaya Sangathan to bring basic education to every child in rural India.
Provided financial assistance to strengthen Ekal schools and over 200 other educational institutions.
With the foundation, the Ekal Abhiyan initiative reached out to the most deprived tribals in over one lacs villages of India to achieve Gandhi’s vision of Gram Swaraj.
Under Vanvasi Raksha Parivar, extended full support for the construction of a school hostel building in Sundergarh, Odisha.
To support the education, health & hygiene of children of construction workers, Basant Bansal envisioned a project – iMpower – which developed portable schools at the construction sites that reach over 1000 + families and children.
Envisioned project to provide financial help to sportsmen – so far supported over 100+ sportsmen – won medals in international championships for India.
In association with the Government of Haryana, 150 villages in the aspirational district of Nuh will be transformed, and a benchmark will be set.
With a focus on sustainability and supporting a green environment, the M3M Foundation has planted 200,000 saplings with a 90% survival rate.
Today, under his leadership, the M3M Foundation is able to benefit about 2 million people across India and across the border.

Mr. Bansal has been awarded the “Maha Shatakveer Award” twice – in 2022 & 2023 by Ekal Abhiyan.
He was awarded the Best Project award for Golf Estate, Sector 65, and Trump Tower by Shri Manohar Lal Khattar Ji, Honorable Chief Minister of Haryana.

Currently, Pankaj Bansal is expanding the company Pan-India and moving beyond NCR-Gurugram, the recent being a state-of-the-art township in Panipat and a luxury residential and retail project in NOIDA. He is also developing ‘Smart City Delhi Airport’ by launching uber-luxury high-rise residential and most modern retail projects on Dwarka Expressway, one of the most sought-after destinations in NCR.
Pankaj has been instrumental in getting North India its first ‘Trump Towers Delhi NCR’ in Gurugram. ‘M3M Golfestate’ is another award-winning 50+ acre uber-luxury resort-like residential complex, which is again one of the most elite addresses in NCR-Gurugram.
Associated with L&T, UHA(UK), RSP (Singapore), Golf Plan (USA), TATA Projects, and Shapoorji Pallonji Group Limited during his early days of M3M India’s growth years, Pankaj has also been part of the delegation that went with Hon’ble Former President of India, Late Shri Pranab Mukherjee, to China, Finland and Norway; and also when the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi Ji went to Japan.
