            Basant Bansal is the first generation businessman who founded M3M India Group with a vision to provide luxury housing projects and state-of-the-art commercial space to customers & investors in NCR.             Basant Bansal laid the vision of M3M Foundation, the philanthropic arm of M3M India Group. M3M Foundation works in the areas of socio-economic empowerment, training, child development, education, health, women empowerment, vocational training for livelihood, and environment conservation to ensure holistic growth, aligning with various government initiatives.

            Collaborated with the Haryana Government during COVID-19 and developed a 100-bed hospital that provided free medical facilities to COVID-infected patients.

            Supported families of earthquake victims and extended support.

            Collaborated with Ekal Vidyalaya Sangathan to bring basic education to every child in rural India.

            Provided financial assistance to strengthen Ekal schools and over 200 other educational institutions.

            With the foundation, the Ekal Abhiyan initiative reached out to the most deprived tribals in over one lacs villages of India to achieve Gandhi’s vision of Gram Swaraj.

            Under Vanvasi Raksha Parivar, extended full support for the construction of a school hostel building in Sundergarh, Odisha.

            To support the education, health & hygiene of children of construction workers, Basant Bansal envisioned a project – iMpower – which developed portable schools at the construction sites that reach over 1000 + families and children.

            Envisioned project to provide financial help to sportsmen – so far supported over 100+ sportsmen – won medals in international championships for India.

            In association with the Government of Haryana, 150 villages in the aspirational district of Nuh will be transformed, and a benchmark will be set.

            With a focus on sustainability and supporting a green environment, the M3M Foundation has planted 200,000 saplings with a 90% survival rate.

            Today, under his leadership, the M3M Foundation is able to benefit about 2 million people across India and across the border.

            Mr.Pankaj Bansal

            An alumnus of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, and with an Executive Management Program from Harvard Business School, USA, Pankaj Bansal, Promoter, M3M India, is a young 40 under 40 dynamic entrepreneur, who has been recognized as “ET Global Indian Leader & Entrepreneur of the Year 2022”, and made his debut in the ‘Hurun Rich List – 2022’ in the real-estates category.

            Pankaj Bansal has been influential in devising a progressive vision for M3M Group based on the foundation of Trust, Transparency, and Timely delivery. His principles of corporate governance, ethics, and sustainability have become pillars of the success of M3M India. Under his stewardship, the company stands firmly as the second-largest real estate brand in India in terms of sales today.

            Currently, Pankaj Bansal is expanding the company Pan-India and moving beyond NCR-Gurugram, the recent being a state-of-the-art township in Panipat and a luxury residential and retail project in NOIDA.
